EasyLife
End-to-end build and growth engine for Auckland's laundry pickup-and-delivery service.

Ranking checked 9 Oct 2026 with Semrush (New Zealand results). Search results vary by location and change over time.
In short: we designed and built EasyLife’s website and booking system, set the marketing strategy and run its SEO. EasyLife has grown to 200+ customers across Auckland with a 4.9-star rating, and ranks second on Google for “laundry auckland” and “laundry service auckland”.
Selling convenience means earning trust
EasyLife sells something most Aucklanders quietly want: their weekend back. Pickup, wash, fold, delivered. But before anyone hands a week of their family’s clothes to a stranger, the website has to do the convincing: explain the promise in seconds, prove the service is reliable, and make booking feel effortless.
What we took on
- The website and booking flow: a fast, mobile-first journey that turns “I should look into that” into a booked first pickup.
- The marketing strategy and launch, aimed at the time-poor households who feel the cost of a lost Saturday most.
- A full SEO audit and ongoing search management, so EasyLife shows up when someone in Mt Eden or on the North Shore searches for a way out of the laundromat.
Then we made booking faster
As bookings grew, we went back into the product and rebuilt the booking function from the ground up:
- Fewer steps and fewer form fields, with saved addresses and preferences for returning customers.
- Passwordless login-link sign-in, so nobody abandons a pickup over a forgotten password.
- A cleaner admin dashboard for pickups, deliveries and recurring subscriptions, so the team spends its time washing and delivering, not wrestling with order admin.
Where it is now
The service runs across Auckland, Central, South, East, West and the North Shore, with a 24–48 hour turnaround and every load fully insured. The site and the marketing behind it have helped grow EasyLife to 200+ customers and a 4.9-star rating, the kind of word-of-mouth proof that compounds.
